We are a retail shop serving mainly regular customers from Bedale/Aiskew, and the immediately surrounding towns and villages but with very many travelling to us from Northallerton, Richmond, Leyburn,Masham, Catterick and even a few regulars from as far a-field as York and Harrogate. We do take pride in the quality and warmth of our customer service and this, with our range of excellent cards and gifts is why we do so well and enjoy what we do so much.
Based in Skipton, North Yorkshire Adora Gift is a family run business owned by sisters Julie and Louise. With a shared passion for movies, all things retro and anything that we consider quirky or justplain awesome we decided to open a shop. We always try to stock products that will keep our customers amazed or amused and keep them coming back.
Hornseys' gallery is a constantly evolving space. Following a refurbishment in 2005, it continues to grow. In 2009 we took over 'The Shop at Newby Hall' and it has become widely regarded as one of themost innovative stately home shops in the country with a completely fresh outlook on the role of 'gift' shops of this nature. The gallery in Ripon has expanded again, more rooms being made available in 2014 to accommodate larger exhibitions and an enhanced product range.
Bluebell Home and Gifts is located in the picturesque Wharfedale Village of Grassington, in the heart of the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park. Opened in 2007, our atmospheric shop has a unique, hand picked selection of stylish home accessories, high quality gifts and gorgeous hand made jewellery.
Present Days opened in October 1977 as a small ‘two-room' shop selling mainly cards & stationery. Over the years we have expanded backwards and upwards - and now we are full! The shop is housedin a Georgian fronted three-storey building that dates back to before the Great Fire of Warwick. It is old and wonky with nooks and crannies and odd little corners, beams and spiders (they don't come out during the day!) and is loved by us, our staff and our many loyal customers (from far and wide).
Bronte Rose is a family run business offering shabby chic décor, and vintage-style home accessories and gifts, based in the beautiful Yorkshire moors. The area is the historical home of thewell-known, creative Brontë sisters and their lesser known yet extremely talented artist brother Branwell, hence the Bronte Rose name.
Exit Interiors was born out of frustration! The frustration was not being able to find fabulous yet unusual pieces for the home. Simple really. The high street looks exactly the same in most towns, and our choice for personal expression is becoming more and more limited, and frankly, boring! The Exit shop is located in the centre of Harrogate, where we have been open since November 2004 providing Harrogate customers with gift inspiration and fun home accessories.
Spotting a gap in the market for unusual and sentimental gifts the business has grown and grown and the addition of a fully online webshop means that we are even more convenient for our customers. Wealways strive to find the best priced but most special items and always welcome your feedback on how we are doing. We constantly change stock and introduce new suppliers to keep our range of cards and gifts interesting and fresh.
Nicky and I (Simon) began trading as Rosie's Gifts in the White Rose Centre, Leeds in September 2014. Prior to that we had very different lives; Nicky worked as a nurse in the NHS and I was serving inHM Forces. We both wanted a challenge and new direction with our careers and so Rosie's Gifts was developed.
We are known for stocking inspiring products including individual lighting, striking wallpapers, beautiful cushions, elegant kitchenware and thoughtful gifts. We created a shop that was visuallyattractive, intriguing and inspirational and we wanted our website to have this same sense of creativity and excitement.
