About the Business
INC started life as an honest to goodness, bricks and mortar shop in Exmouth, Devon, in 2011. Opened by me, Emma Houlding, with lots of hard work from my husband, we first opened the doors to you the public on 7th May 2011 - at 3.30pm if you like to be precise! The idea behind INC is to bring together a beautiful and exciting range of handmade prints, gifts, cards and books from artists, designers, makers and illustrators. We believe that great design and craftsmanship is something to surround ourselves with every day, from a beautiful birthday card to a thoughtful gift for the hard to buy for relative, or a fantastical something special to brighten up your living space.
We work hard to fine you the most interesting and unusual products around and wherever possible we source things that are designed and made in the UK, and you'll find plenty that has been made right here in Exmouth.
